Best price and answered every question I had and accommodated a less than a 24 hr turn around from when I first called in until AC was installed. I needed a new AC and the first person I spoke with was Charlie. He explained what I need and DID NOT try to sell me something I didn’t need. His price was about $ 2000 less than the first company I talked to. I had two gentleman here, Clayton and Clayton. They were absolutely fantastic. Installed a new AC. They were professional about everything. Cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was working properly. I will be using Eternity Heating and Cooling for all my AC service needs. This is an update to my previous review, i have been using them for over a year now, get their service plan, very responsive, air went out, called in the am and within 3 hours they were here, was a simple thing connector came off, no BS, dont to cheat you with any extras, they plugged it in did an inspection of whole system, and were on their way. awesome team, great companyI have had several companies out to look at my air conditioner, all they wanted was to sell me a new unit. Charlie responded quickly to my call was out the next morning to give estimate, 2 days later they were here to install. While here I asked about an issue we were having with our house unit, he came in and figured it out in 5 minutes and fixed. Very knowledgeable, honest, fair price. They are the reason people need to trust small business. I know have a new HVAC guy.

Had another great experience with Eternity. My AC condensate was backing up. Previously Kyle and Charlie had redone the PVC pipe used for drainage. When the unit was installed the installer didn’t angle the pipe enough so they looked to fix it.Things have been fine over the past few months until recently with the backups. Today they cleaned out a bunch of sludge that was causing the backup. Unfortunately with the way the AC was installed (not sitting high enough to help the draining more) the issue may return. If it does they have a fix for it.Regardless the guys did a great job and explained everything when they were finished. Back up and running. This is a great AC company. Thanks again!

I can't say enough about all the employees at Eternity Heating and Cooling, they are all amazing workers! They are honest people, which is hard to find. From calling them, to scheduling an appointment to the finished work is a wonderful experience. They are hard workers and very clean and neat. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know!!
