We had a great experience with Eternity and would recommend them to anyone. Their prices for a new HVAC system were excellent and the installation time was fast (same day!). Charlie, the owner, is very hands on and knows what's going on with his company; he's often the one to answer the phone and will get you the answers you need. I like that they're a smaller local company compared to the larger ones or the HVAC companies that have sold out to private equity and are only about profits. We are very happy with Eternity and will use them again if needed.

Charlie checked my on n off intermittent a/c unit which was still only a year old, guess one of those builder install errors everywhere drain line on poor incline, wired incorrectly....best technician very polite professional and knows his business a pleasure to patron such a great company. So if you need HVAC needs call Eternity you will be eternally greatful😎

Prompt response. Technician very competent. Evaluated condition of equipment, resolved issues and recommended improvement. Explained everything clearly. Highly satisfactory. First time customer. They answered their phone directly not an answering service which I like. They came out on a Saturday same day to investigate an emergency repair needed. They were on time and communicated well before, during and after the service. I would recommend.
